Mrs Piro's Vision Statement is as follows: "I believe creating a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility among all is crucial to the overall success of any team. Great leaders don’t command excellence, they build it.  Educational leaders should advocate for students and individuals within the school community who either don’t or can’t have a voice. I believe in the power to transform the lives of students by showing unconditional love to build lasting relationships through compassion and caring.  My mission is to inspire others to assist students who often struggle with academics and behavior find some level of success."
